It is important to me that you are happy with the painting or print you have purchased through my website. I always welcome direct contact with interested buyers and it may be quicker to resolve any queries in advance than after delivery.
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
All care and consideration are taken when packaging your order for shipment. If damage occurs in transit, please take as many photos as possible of the packaging upon arrival and the contents to reflect the state in which it was received on delivery. This is required for insurance claims on courier services employed and refund of costs.
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Please contact me by email to pay by bank transfer which many AU customers prefer. Please pay immediately – I reserve the right to place the item back on sale if payment is not received within 24 hours.
Can I reserve a painting?
You may want to check with a friend or family member before making a purchase. While I cannot take the item off sale, I can place a ‘reserved’ note on it for 48 hours. Please email me at simona.beaton@outlook.com.au.
I have placed my order; how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within AU orders are sent by Australia Post tracked service or occasionally by another courier depending on size and weight. Please allow 7-10 working days. Next day delivery may be possible in certain circumstances but cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.
Is shipping included?
AU shipping costs are included at checkout. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees. Please email me about international delivery at simona.beaton@outlook.com.au
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Please contact me with your address details and the piece you would like to purchase and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside AU) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
